Refund Policy

1. Upfront Billing and Renewal

Upfront Billing: Simple Start: To ensure you get immediate access to all VIAMIGOS features, your annual subscription is billed conveniently on the first day your access begins. Automatic Renewal: Your annual subscription is auto-renewable. Your chosen payment method will be automatically charged the annual fee on the anniversary of your original sign-up date unless you cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date.

2. Refund Eligibility and Trial Terms

We offer a 5-day free trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time within these five (5) calendar days of payment without penalty. The trial period automatically expires, and the subscription becomes non-refundable, upon the earlier of these two events: (1) The completion of the five (5) calendar days, OR (2) The Client initiating the Personalized Itinerary service.

3. Access After Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription in between the current annual cycle, you will retain full access to all content and features until the end of your current annual billing cycle. The auto-renewal feature will be cancelled immediately, and no further charges will be applied. As per our policy, no refund will be applicable for the remaining months of the cycle.

4. Refund Processing Details

Refunds, where applicable (i.e., cancellation within the 5-day trial before initiating the Itinerary service), will be processed as follows: Payment Method: The full amount will be credited back to the original source account used for payment. Processing Time: The refund will be processed from our end within 10-12 working days of the confirmed cancellation event.
